Cleaning
Microscope Cleaning:
Because lenses and their coatings are susceptible to contaminants in the air, user contact, and general-purpose cleaners, exposed optical lens surfaces are gently cleaned with cleansers designed specifically for the purpose. Reports of a 20% to 80% improvement in the image quality are most common. Additionally, our technicians aspirate dust from observation tubes, and light paths, remove residue from slide preparation mediums and remove excess immersion oils that may have collected under the stage and on the light condensers.
